Tell Congress: Extend the Therapy Cap Exceptions Process NOW!

On Monday, December 4, Congress returned to Washington for a lame-duck session that is only expected to last through this Friday. Congress must act during this short time to extend the therapy cap exceptions process (SENIORS Act: S. 3912/H.R. 6132) or the cap will return on January 1, 2007.

CALL your Senators and Representative TODAY and urge them to support the SENIORS Act to extend the therapy cap exceptions process! Also encourage others to contact their representatives! Call the Capitol Hill Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask the operator to transfer you to your Member’s office.
