The facility is located near
the corner of Sand Canyon Avenue and Alton Parkway.
Please note: the Irvine Regional Medical Center is
across the street on the left side of Alton.
From the 405
Exit at Sand Canyon. If you're coming from the 405
North, turn right at the off ramp onto Sand Canyon. If you're coming from
the 405 South, turn left at the off ramp onto Sand
Canyon. Take the first right, Alton Parkway. Turn right at the first
traffic light into Kaiser Permanente's
driveway.
From the 5 North
Merge onto the 405 North then exit at Sand Canyon. Turn
right at the off ramp onto Sand Canyon. Take the right, Alton Parkway.
Turn right at the first traffic light into Kaiser Permanente's driveway.
From the 5 South
Exit at Sand Canyon. Turn right at the off ramp onto
Sand Canyon. Turn left at Alton Parkway. Turn right at the first traffic
light into Kaiser Permanente's driveway.
From the 91 East or West
Merge onto the 55 South. Merge onto 405 South. Exit at
Sand Canyon. Turn left at the off ramp onto Sand Canyon. Turn right at Alton
